AmYourGuide User Terms and Conditions

This is the contract between you and ManGuider who owns AmYourGuide.com. The personal information you provide or collect is managed by ManGuider.
This agreement is for AmYourGuide.com and AmYourGuide brand applications. The users who subscribe to the AmYourGuide service are ‘members’ and the non-subscribers are ‘visitors’. This Agreement applies to both Members and Visitors.
On this agreement, AmYourGuide means the website of www.AmYourGuide.com and the Service through the website and represents the company ManGuider.
By agreeing to use the AmYourGuide service, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, do not access or use the AmYourGuide service.

AmYourGuide has no obligation to post any information or content on AmYourGuide.com and may remove information or content in its sole discretion without prior notice.
AmYourGuide can edit and change the format of your content (content, size, layout, format, deletion of data and etc.).
AmYourGuide agrees that, if you provide comments or suggestions about the Service, AmYourGuide may use and share such information for any purpose without compensation.
AmYourGuide reserves the right to advertise your content and information without paying you or others.
AmYourGuide may change or discontinue all services. AmYourGuide does not guarantee that you will store or continue to display all the information and content you post.
AmYourGuide does not generally review content provided by its own and third-party members.
AmYourGuide is not responsible for the content or information of its and its third-party members.
AmYourGuide is not responsible for any misuse of the AmYourGuide service. You acknowledge that there are risks associated with misleading content related to others in features such as AmYourGuide's recommendations, followers' recommendations, and the addition of news tags.

Unless AmYourGuide specifically agrees to the terms superseding these Terms, to the extent permitted by law, AmYourGuide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages Liability to you or others for any loss of data, loss of opportunity, defamation, loss of profits, or loss of revenue.
Due to the technical or capacity issue, it may be the case AmYourGuide service can be interrupted occasionally.

AmYourGuide is for networking among people who need labor and need job.
With being a member of AmYourGuide and listing your profile on AmYourGuide, you agree to expose your personal information on your profile and on sites linked to your profile.
If you do not want to expose your personal information, please do not join AmYourGuide.
The user who has an account of the AmYourGuide service is a member.
You can use certain features as a visitor without subscribing to the AmYourGuide service. Unless you cancel your account, you are responsible for everything that happens through your account.
Your account belongs to you even if you're connected to someone else like your employer.
With AmYourGuide, you can send, receive, and share information in a number of ways.

For the case of legal conflicts or any other disputes, you agree that all proceedings may be filed in the Republic of Korea (South Korea).
